What is 4:1 Ladder Rule Means?
Ladder accidents often happen due to incorrect use, especially before climbing down. It may cause injuries if you are not aware of it. Here are the 4:1 Ladder Rule guidance provided for a better safety.
For
every four (4) feet of height you climb, move the base one (1) foot away
from the wall that the ladder is resting against.
